"we soar with pride"
Education is about
an exemplary
learning community.
RBS Inter College was founded in 1985 by Sharda Bux Singh in the memory of his beloved elder daughter, Anupam Singh, who tragically passed away in 2007. The establishment of the college was driven by a deep personal motivation, as Sharda Bux Singh wanted to honor the memory of his daughter by creating an educational institution that would serve the community and provide quality education to students in the region.
The college's name, RBS Inter College, reflects the founder's dedication to offering educational opportunities at the intermediate level (12th grade) in multiple streams, such as Science, Commerce, and Arts, for students in Kishundaspur, Nawabganj, and surrounding areas in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh.
The founding of RBS Inter College was not just an academic initiative; it was also a tribute to Anupam Singh's spirit and aspirations. The vision behind the college was to provide a place where students could receive a solid education and grow into responsible, well-rounded individuals. It was a space that aimed to honor her memory by fostering academic excellence, integrity, and a sense of social responsibility.
We believe that education extends beyond academics—it is about instilling a positive mindset, strong moral character, and a deep sense of responsibility toward society. Through our holistic approach, we guide our students to embrace:
